Shipping policy

Orders can take 3-5 business days to process and prepare for shipment. The 3-5 business day processing time does not include transit time.

The transit times listed at checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The estimated transit time starts once your package has been shipped and officially scanned by the carrier. Shipping refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delays

Please note: The purchase of expedited shipping is for faster delivery by the postal carrier once your order has shipped and does not expedite order processing time in any way.

Domestic shipping options:

  • United States Postal Service (Ground Advantage, Priority, Media Mail*)
  • FedEx (Ground Home, Express Saver, Standard Overnight, Smartpost).
  • UPS (Ground)

International shipping options:

  • APC Postal Logistics (DDU, DDP)
  • FedEx (International Economy, International Priority)

TRACKING: Whether you have an account or not, your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received tracking, your package likely has not shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES: All orders shipped with the DDU option are subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These costs are not included in your order total and will be determined and applied by your local post office. These charges are solely your responsibility.

We cannot issue refunds for customs duties or taxes charged by customs or other international authorities.

If a package is refused due to customs charges, a refund will not be issued unless the package is returned to our facility by the carrier. If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item cost, excluding shipping charges.

POSTER ORDERS: Posters often move more slowly through the system, and tracking does not update as frequently. Oftentimes, posters are delivered with no detailed tracking details and will only show the final delivery scan. For this reason, we are unable to declare a poster order as lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update.

Address Change Policy

We offer address changes on orders that have not yet been prepared for shipment. To request an address update, please fill out our Address Change Form. We will do our best to accommodate your address change request.

Shipping to an APO/FPO/Military Address is easy. When entering your shipping address please do the following:

  • Select "United States" as the country
  • Enter APO or FPO as the city
  • Select AA, AE or AP as the state (you'll find these at the bottom of the list)
  • Enter the five or nine digit postal code

*Please note: Address changes are not guaranteed and once an order is prepared for shipment, we are unable to update any address details. We are not responsible for any return to sender costs that stem from an incorrect address being entered at checkout. If your order was returned due to an address issue, please see our policy on return to sender packages. If an order is not returned to us or is misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we are unable to reship or refund the order.
